Shant Nashalian
Attorney and founder of Nashalian Law.
An intense drive to advocate and seek justice for the injured and aggrieved led Shant Nashalian to pursue a career in law and ultimately to establish Nashalian Law. Mr. Nashalian is deeply committed to advocating for his clients and pursuing the justice and compensation they deserve. He approaches each matter with determination while recognizing that legal disputes and personal injuries can be difficult and stressful experiences. His compassionate nature allows clients to feel comfortable discussing their concerns, while his tenacity gives them confidence that their interests are being heard, protected, and vigorously pursued.
Mr. Nashalian has been a licensed, practicing attorney since 2018. Since beginning his legal career, he has gained extensive experience litigating a broad range of cases, including personal injury, commercial and contract litigation, product liability, toxic tort, premises liability, habitability, construction defect, elder abuse, and consumer class actions and mass torts. He has represented both individuals and businesses, handling all aspects of litigation from initial case evaluation through resolution.
Drawing on his strong academic foundation and extensive hands-on litigation experience, Mr. Nashalian provides dedicated and personalized advocacy to each client. He understands that every client and every case is unique, and he takes the time to listen, explain the legal process, and develop a strategy tailored to the circumstances of each matter. Whether representing an individual who has suffered an injury or a business involved in a complex dispute, Mr. Nashalian brings a combination of compassion, accessibility, and tenacity to his advocacy. He works tirelessly to protect his clients' interests and pursue a just outcome for their injuries and damages.
Outside the office, Mr. Nashalian enjoys traveling, sports, and music. He enjoys playing and watching basketball as a devoted Los Angeles Lakers fan and following football as a Philadelphia Eagles supporter. In his free time, Mr. Nashalian plays both guitar and piano, values time spent with family and friends, and takes advantage of outdoor activities such as mountain biking, hiking, and camping.
